How do I return an item?

If you are returning an item, please fill out the Return Request Form to receive the RMA number and the return shipping address.

  • Important: We will send you the RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and the return shipping address.
  • Once you have filled out the form we will e-mail you a return authorization number and the return shipping address. Returns must have a return authorization number (RA number) and a return shipping address. Please do not send items to our company address. Will will provide you the shipping address with the RA number. Merchandise returned will not be accepted if either the RA number or correct shipping address is not on the return label.
  • Please obtain insurance equal to the purchase price of the item. This is important for items that arrive damaged or lost. If loss or damage occurs during the return shipping additional fees will reduce the amount of refund.
  • Once the return has been received we will calculate your amount of refund and issue a refund to your account.
  • The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Please note that all returns are subject to our return policy. Thank you.

Shipping Information

We offer FREE ground shipping within the continental 48 U.S. States on orders of $150.00 or more. All in stock orders placed will be shipped next business day via UPS ground service. Once shipped, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your items to arrive. Usually products will arrive sooner. Polywood Furniture is a 2 week lead time and transit usually takes 3 to 5 business days. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
