Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH GOVERN ALL PURCHASES AND USE OF THIS SITE BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site ("Customers") agree that access to, purchases and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Return Policy
Please open package immediately and inspect the merchandise.
If you find that after opening the package the merchandise is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After the item is returned and it is determined that the item is defective or damaged, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost to you. Both defective and damaged units will be thoroughly inspected to validate their working condition. If product is damaged due to shipping the carrier may request an inspection.
If the merchandise is defective or damaged and you decide that you do not want a replacement unit, shipping charges will apply and a restocking fee (see list below for restocking fees) may apply depending on the item(s) returned. You will receive a merchandise refund once the merchandise is received and credit will be issued to the original credit card less outbound shipping and handling costs (including promotional shipping costs), return shipping and handling costs, and restocking fees if applicable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a merchandise refund less assessed shipping and handling costs (outbound and return) and the applicable restocking fee. When the merchandise is received a credit will be issued to the original credit card, less outbound shipping and handling costs (including promotional shipping costs), return shipping and handling costs, and the applicable restocking fee (see list below for restocking fees). Please note that replacement filters may not be returned.
All returned merchandise must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Products must be returned undamaged with all original accessories, manuals, registration cards, packing materials, and box. If a product is returned with missing or damaged items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the value of the purchase, depending on the items missing or damaged. Returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return shipping address. Please contact us to receive the RMA number and the shipping address. Merchandise returned will not be accepted if either the RMA number or shipping address is not on the return label. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to merchandise shipped for exchange, return, or replacement. Items returned with the improper shipping address, without a return authorization number, returned back greater than 30 days, or without being in original packing and in original condition will not be processed. Green Homeplace LLC reserves the right to determine the condition and entirety of its contents of the returned merchandise.
Refunds should be processed in about four to six weeks from the date of shipment to the return shipper. This allows for shipping time for the manufacturer to receive your return from the shipper, inspection of products returned, and the time it takes for your credit card company to process your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have processed your return.
If orders are refused upon delivery and the unit is not damaged or defective, you will be liable for the shipping costs for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping), the return shipping costs, and the applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees
Austin Air Air Purifiers: 10% of purchase price.
Aquasana (Sun Water Systems): 15% of purchase price.
English Retreads Products: 0% (no restocking fee).
Evolve Products: 15% of purchase price.
Poly-Wood Products (Furniture and Accessories): 20% of purchase price due to shipping, size and weight.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to cancel orders if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped and you decide to return merchandise a restocking fee (restocking fees are listed above), outbound shipping and handling costs (including promotional shipping costs), and return shipping and handling costs will apply.
Colors and Manufacturer's Specifications
We have done our best to accurately depict the possible colors of the products shown on this website. However, because colors displayed on your monitor vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Any specifications have been obtained directly from the manufacturer and Green Homeplace LLC does not independently warrant their accuracy to the extent that any variation exists.
Incorrect Address
Green Homeplace LLC is not responsible for any lost packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate shipping labels from the information the customer provides to us, and in the event you give us an incomplete address, such as, an incorrect zip code, missing apartment, office, or suite number, missing or incorrect name, etc., and your package is lost, Green Homeplace LLC will not be financially responsible.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Green Homeplace LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Green Homeplace LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Green Homeplace LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Green Homeplace LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Manufacturers Warranty Applies
For each Green Homeplace LLC product, which offers a warranty, it is the manufacturer's warranty that is provided to you. Each such manufacture warranty, to the extent offered, accompanies the product description on this website. Green Homeplace LLC does not offer or make any warranties, or offer any supplemental or additional warranties for these products, as described below.
General Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY RECOGNIZES THAT GREEN HOMEPLACE, LLC DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR ANY REPRESENTATION OR ENDORSEMENT TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY WHATSOEVER WITH REGARD TO ANY MATERIALS, DATA, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE, AND THAT ALL PRODUCTS SUPPLIED OR SOLD BY GREEN HOMEPLACE LLC ARE SOLD "AS IS" BY GREEN HOMEPLACE LLC WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY GREEN HOMEPLACE LLC, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF: 1) MERCHANTABILITY; 2) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND 3) NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Green Homeplace, LLC (NOR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS) BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST BUSINESS, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN DELIVERING ANY PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER ITEM OR SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, NOR FOR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, NOR SHALL GREEN HOMEPLACE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR OTHER ITEM PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF GREEN HOMEPLACE LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Green Homeplace LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Green Homeplace, LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay, and shall reimburse Green Homeplace LLC on request if Green Homeplace LLC is required to pay, any sales, use, value-added or other tax, assessment, duty, tariff, or other fee or charge of any kind or nature that is levied or imposed by any governmental authority on the sale of the products sold by Green Homeplace LLC to the Customer.

Green Homeplace LLC's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Green Homeplace LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Green Homeplace LLC reserves the right to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered, and reserves the right to either accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. It is customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any and all orders by reviewing the order confirmation email. Green Homeplace LLC is not responsible for non-receipt of communication emails due to spam block, incorrectly entered email address, or any other email failures. An order can be changed or cancelled by customer's request only if status is pending or back ordered and is not yet shipped.
